Well Christmas is over and what a lovely time we all had! but now we start to get on with life.
A lot of people suffer from the January blues and it can really drag you down. Here are my top 5 tips for warding off the blues.

A lot of people suffer from the January blues and it can really drag you down. Here are my top 5 tips for warding off the blues.
- Get back into normal routine as soon as possible
- Make a list of jobs or tasks that you would like to complete and work your way through - by completing tasks we release more of our endorphins (happy chemicals!) in our brains.
- As soon as you wake up, put on the lights, open the curtains and get out of bed and on with life - this will help reduce the natural 'sleepy' chemical our brains release in the dark to make us sleep at night.
- Get out of the house - meet friends, go for a walk
- Start an exercise routine - exercise again releases natural endorphins and makes us feel good.
